Add career path for goal

Go to create or edit the development goal page (see "How to create Development goal for team member?"). In the Career Progression tab switch the button. In the appeared window click to the " + ".

Then select the skill matrix with a career path you need and click to "Save" button.

 Add skill requirements for goal

 In the Focus skills tab switch the button. In the appeared window click to the " + ".

In the Add Skills window click on "Select skill matrix" button.

Write the name of the skill matrix and choose the one you need.

In the list you can choose the skills you need and click to the "Save" button.

After you done - don't forget to click on the "Save changes" button.
