When you create a meeting, you can choose a template for the meeting, which includes topics and questions for discussion. However, you also have the option to add additional items for discussion during the meeting. In order to add these elements, find the required meeting in the "Meetings" section and click on it.

With the "Quick Actions" tab you can add those extra items for discussion. So, you can:

  • Add Vapp - plugins that automatically collect meeting agenda and give recommendations for employees based on their actions in Vectorly and third-party applications

  • Add Topic - this element includes a topic for discussion and questions. You can choose a ready-made theme, or create your own. (For more information on discussion topics, read the article 'What are discussion topics?')

  • Start Review - with this element, you can review an employee's skill during a meeting

In addition to discussion items, you can also do the following:

  • Invite users

  • End the meeting

Next, we'll take a look at how to add a Vapp to a meeting. With this feature, you can create a discussion thread based on your employee's actions in third-party applications. Click on the "Add Vapp" button to start.

In the window that opens, you can filter Vapps by the following topics:

  • Performance

  • Enhancement

  • Development

To select the Vapp, hover over the field you need and click 'Add to Agenda'.

In this case, the OKR module is selected, so those OKRs that are assigned to this employee will be added. You can filter them by time period and execution status.

For easy OKR discussion, you can create a discussion thread and add a series of questions right inside the Vapp. You can create your own theme by clicking on the plus sign on the left. You can also use ready-made themes by clicking on the 'Question Library' icon.
