Go to "Career Paths" tab.
Choose a position and click "Add requirements".
You'll go to a position requirements settings page.
There are different types of requirements:
"Skill groups" – you set the level for a whole skill group
"Skills" – you set the level for a specific skill
❌ NB! If you set requirements and want to change the type of requirements – all selected skills will be reset ❌
Making changes to the settings of a skill group, you set requirements for all skills in the group.
For example, Demo skill group contains 5 skills. You set "3" as a required level for the group. When checking the compliance of the level, we will calculate the arithmetic mean (in percent) of the skills in the group and compare it with the required level (100%).
You can add exceptions within the group: "3" is an average level for a skill group, but "Making Demo" skill should have "4". When checking the level compliance, we will calculate the arithmetic average (in percent) of possession of these 5 skills and compare it with the required level for the group, as well as make sure that "Making Demo" skill corresponds to level "4".
Editing requirements to skills
When editing requirements to skills, you set the level for specific skills.
You can choose several skills and set a level for them.
Click "Save" to finish.
