To hold a meeting, go to the "Meetings" module. Find the meeting you need and click on it.
The topic of current meeting is displayed at the top of the page. The topic for discussion and questions of the template you previously selected will be listed at the bottom of the page.
You can leave comments under the questions in the discussion thread. To do this, click on this icon.
Before submitting, you have the option to make the comment private. In this case the comment will be displayed only for its author. To post a comment, click on the "Submit" button.
You also have the option to turn an existing comment into a task by hovering over the comment, clicking on the options button and clicking "Convert to task". 
Next, you can edit the name of the task. In this case, the following wording would be more appropriate for a task - 'Think about automating routine tasks. Explore tools that can help with this. '
Next, you need to choose the person responsible for the task, set a deadline and assign the task to your task manager: Asana or Jira. To confirm the task - click on the "Save" button.
During the meeting, you can also add Vapps, other topics for discussion and start a review of employee skills. (To find out how to do this, read the article "How do I prepare for a meeting in Vectorly?").

With Vapp, you can help an employee select courses and mentors for further development. To do this, click on the "Add Vapp" button.
In the window that opens, find and select the Vapp you need and click "Add to agenda".
In order not to miss all the details during the meeting, you can add topics for discussion and questions. You can add your own topic, for this write the topic of discussion and click on the plus sign to add questions. You can also use ready-made topics with questions, for this click on the 'Question Library' button.
The Vapp will appear under the existing discussion topic. In this case, Vapp is focused on finding courses, to see course recommendations, click on the "Select" button.
In the window that appears, suggestions for a given parameter are displayed, be it courses or mentors. You can use the search box for convenience. To add a recommendation, click on the plus sign next to its name and click " + ".
