Go to employee profile.

Option #1: Position Match Page

Click Position Matching.

To see the position match, use the "Current position" tab

Use the "Next Position" tab to see the match for a future position.

On this page, you can see what skills an employee needs to improve in order to meet the requirements of a particular position.

Option number 2: Petal scheme

Go to the "Skill set" tab in a profile. 

Select the "Compared to" filter.

Click "Positions" in the dropdown list.

Select the position with the skill set you want to compare the employee's skills against. 

The lines show the requirements of the position.
